Property Litigation Paralegal JS Legal Recruitment are excited to be working with one of the leading regional law firms in London and South East LEXCEL accredited. Offering a full range of legal advice to business and individual clients. Our client is recruiting for an experienced Property Litigation Paralegal. If your talented and ambitious Property Litigation Paralegal we would love to hear from you. The role * Provide document support and management in the course of Real Estate Litigation, including organising, collating reviewing and supplying court bundles * Attending to clients * Assist with billing process * Handling Debt Recovery * Commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes * Residential Landlord and Tenant disputes * Neighbour and Boundary Disputes * Eviction of tenants on behalf of Landlords * Commercial disputes * Property disputes * Breach of contract claims * Liaising with courts Experience * Recent Litigation experience * LPC qualification desirable but not essential * An interest in Real Estate, both Commercial and Residential landlord and tenant law and fire safety post Grenfell would be an assist * Excellent working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel * Ability to work under pressure * Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail * Good communication skills * Ability to support the team’s work and a desire to gain experience to be able to run your own files as part of a larger team Benefits * Pension * Friendly working environment * Monday to Friday 9am- 5.30pm * 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays , plus Christmas Apply Now If you feel this is the right opportunity for you, Contact Julie Sheridan at JS Legal Recruitment Ltd, quoting reference JSL2304 OR email now your cv or call for a confidential discussion.
