JOB TITLE: HDR Solicitor / Fee Earners HOURS: Full or part time available. Hybrid and flexibility available. YOUR DAY TO DAY: * To act on behalf of landlords in respect of pre-action housing condition claims. * Providing advice to clients * Litigated housing disrepair claims * Advocacy in the County Court. * To ensure that all client work is progressed in a timely and professional manner * Working towards agreed billing and time target * Supervise more junior members of staff and new joiners, supporting their development EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: * Disrepair/Housing condition claims legal experience and a strong understanding of Property/Social Housing law. * Ability to run profitable caseload. * Ability to adapt to new laws and changes quickly. * Strong communication skills. * Abel to communicate complex legal jargon in less technical way. * Managing and developing junior staff - beneficial * Experience acting for registered providers of Social Housing. * Excellent knowledge of CPR. * Proficient advocacy skills and experience in representing clients at a variety of hearings.
