Requirements: * This would be an ideal role for a fee earner who is will looking to move into an alternate career path. * A legal background with be advantageous, but is not essential. * Proven track record in business-to-business sales, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and fostering client relationships. * Strong background in key account management and a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term client partnerships. * Sound understanding of the legal market, preferably with experience in the professional services sector. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas. * Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities. * Proficiency in business development software and tools.
