Ranked International Law Firm Employee Incentives Senior Associate London This ranked international law firm is recognised for its market-leading expertise in sectors such as technology, financial services, energy and natural resources and life sciences. The firms advise across the full range of practice areas, regularly acting on complex and high-profile mandates for a variety of UK and international clients. The firm's Employee Incentives team handles share schemes advisory work, corporate support and employee ownership mandates. The team is particularly well regarded for its employee ownership expertise and is praised for its work relating to EOT transactions. The practice's lawyers are noted for their approach to EOT matters and frequently advises the likes of HM Treasury and HM Revenue & Customs on employee ownership policy, as well as assisting start-ups with the implementation of tax efficient share option plans for senior employees. Their expertise includes assisting with transactions; advising on new share plans; employee benefit trusts; international share plans; share valuations; and advise to individuals. The team are now seeking an experienced Employee Incentives Solicitor to join their practice in London. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years PQE gained in Employee Incentives gained from a highly regarded City or international practice in London.
