Your new company This company is a legal organisation that operates on a global scale. Your new role In this role you will be providing enhanced support to the organisation's CEO alongside the executive leadership team. In this role you will be communicating with senior leaders and clients. You will get exposure to leaders in Finance, Commercial and Delivery. As a member of the executive office you will have ample support, but you will be the sole executive assistant within the company, which will require excellent cross-functional collaboration! In this role you will be responsible for the following: Proactively and accurately manage heavy calendars, which include internal and external meetings Book travel and process expenses in a timely manner, exercising good judgement and adherence to their inhouse policy Supporting business development efforts on behalf of the CEO through identifying and researching potential client's contracts, generating leads and uncovering high-value opportunities Supporting the CEO in all aspects of the sales cycle including scheduling follow-up meetings Assisting in organising company-wide and office-specific activities, including technical and context support for quarterly town hall meetings End-to-end coordination of office benefits Purchase of office supplied Other duties relating to the executive leadership team What you'll need to succeed If you are a teamplayer, can collaborate and communicate well with technical and non-technical audiences whilst bringing a result-driven, focused, high team-energy and fun sense of self team, then this is the place for you. To be considered for this role, you will have the following: 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant to C-Suite leadership Candidates with experience of working in a global organisation will be given preference.
