Full-time, permanent position based in Birmingham city centre, offering up to £26,000 per annum depending on experience. Then this could be the role for you! Based in Birmingham city centre, the successful applicant will work alongside the Front of House and Events teams; supporting the end-to-end coordination of meetings and events, providing an outstanding service to clients and visitors. Key responsibilities of the role will include: * Being the first port-of-call to visitors to the office, assisting with registration and any other requirements they may have * Maintaining the firm’s spaces, including meeting rooms and communal areas, conducting regular inspections to ensure all areas are to an exceptional standard, and ensuring the quick turn-around of spaces * Placing stock orders, both for meetings and events and for the day-to-day requirements of the office * Assessing the short-term staffing requirements, liaising with other teams to ensure sufficient cover is provided * Supporting the set up and smooth-running of meetings; providing technical support, being the first port-of-call for any queries and handling any last minute changes or issues * Other hospitality duties as required Prospective applicants must have exceptional communication and organisational skills, a high degree of professionalism, and thrive working as part of a team.
