Job Title: Residential Conveyancer Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 – depending on experience Location: Keyworth, Nottingham A fantastic opportunity has arisen with my client, a multi practice law firm with operations across the midlands and the southeast. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to manage a varied caseload of complex conveyancing matters as well as managing a small team of Paralegals. Duties include: Demonstrating your expertise in relation to Residential Conveyancing, including all stages of the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties Undertaking remortgages, transfers, and releases of equity Undertaking lease extensions and some development work Managing your own caseload and taking an active part in building and maintaining effective client relationships Always Complying with CQS standards The successful candidate will have: Atleast 2 years PQE running your own caseload of residential property transactions Experience working in a fast-paced team Commitment to delivering exceptional client care Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and organised Package: £40,000 - £60,000 – dependant on experience Discretionary Bonus Scheme Employee Discount Excellent Pension Scheme If you feel you meet the above criteria, please apply online for immediate consideration.
