PRIVATE CLIENT LEGAL ASSISTANT

Solihull up to £25,000 per annum We are working in partnership with a well-established national law firm, who are seeking an experienced Private Client (Wills, Trusts, Probate) Legal Assistant to support their busy Private Client Team in Solihull. The firm are Lexcel and CQS accredited, employing over 450 staff in their growing network of offices throughout the UK.  The role will involve: Providing administrative support to Private Client Solicitors Undertaking searches, ID checks and other work on files Preparing correspondence using a legal case management system Attending to clients by telephone and in person Opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch Providing support and guidance to other team membersSuitable candidates will have: Experience of working for an SRA regulated firm, in Private Client / Wills, Trusts and Probate Experience of dealing with clients both on the telephone and in person.
