We have partnered with a superb Law Firm in Brighton who are keen to find an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Family Team. This is an excellent opportunity which is looking to offer an attractive starting salary plus hybrid working once settled!
The ideal individual would hold prior experience a Legal Secretary within a Family department and be able to showcase your abilities seamlessly. You will be required to display a strong work-ethic along with a professional approach to your everyday workload. Attention to detail is a must as well as strong communication skills.
Duties will include:
* Secretarial and administrative support to the Partner.
* Dealing with a busy diary and arranging meetings etc.
* Ensuring procedures are compliant.
* Database and billing management.
