Barristers are lawyers who represent their clients in court. Barristers are hired by solicitors on behalf on their clients. Barristers are self-employed and are tenants of a barristers’ chambers.
Barristers practice various areas of law such as chancery law (estates and trusts), commercial law, common law (includes family, housing and personal injury law), criminal law, entertainment law, environmental law, litigation law and sports law.
