A leading Legal 500-ranked law firm with a national presence is seeking a talented Commercial Property Lawyer to join its highly regarded Real Estate team in the East Midlands.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client base on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant work, and corporate real estate support. You'll join a collaborative team of experienced lawyers who are committed to supporting your professional development and long-term career progression.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a varied commercial property caseload from instruction to completion
* Advising clients on a range of commercial property matters, including landlord & tenant, sales and purchases of commercial units, lease negotiations and renewals, and providing real estate support on corporate transactions
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Working closely with senior lawyers and partners on complex matters
* Delivering excellent client service throughout the transaction lifecycle
You will be a qualified lawyer with experience in Commercial Property matters, likely to have accrued circa 2-5yr PQE or equivalent, and will be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness, as well as a capability of running simpler transactions with minimal supervision.
