Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Excellent opportunity for a litigation solicitor with a strong commercial background looking to join a progressive and modern forward thinking ranked firm in the Kent/ Southeast London area.

Joining this dynamic and highly experienced team, you will be handling your own caseload of a broad range of litigation matters including but not limited to:

• Contract claims
• Construction disputes
• Professional negligence claims
• Consumer disputes
• Residential landlord and tenant and property disputes
• Contentious probate matters

It is envisaged that you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience gained within a regional heavyweight or city practice and be happy to get involved in Business Development.
