We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Reporting into the General Counsel, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of all legal-related queries, contracts and projects across the Group as part of a small legal team. Work will include reviewing, advising and drafting a range of commercial contracts and assisting with corporate, governance and regulatory matters including data protection. You will be tasked with horizon scanning and dealing with a variety of matters with an open-minded approach.
To be considered, you will be a junior-mid level commercial lawyer from private practice or an in-house team. Exposure to corporate, governance, regulatory and/or data protection matters would be advantageous.
