Contentious Probate Solicitor
A Contentious Probate Solicitor is required to work as part of a wider litigation team in Ashford, Kent.
The Firm
A Kent based law firm offering a comprehensive legal service to business and individual clients.
The Role
The Contentious Probate Solicitor will be required to run a case load of predominately Contentious Probate files together with wide litigation cases such as build disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence and contract disputes.
The Candidate
An experienced Litigation Solicitor with Contentious Probate experience. Preferably a member of ACTAP's would be a distinct advantage.
Salary dependent upon experience.
