Our Client is a Boutique Law Firm based in the West End of London.
They are quite a 'young' firm, with an average age of 35 and a collaborative and slightly relaxed culture.
The firm's clients are predominantly real estate funds and mid/medium-sized corporate entities.
The Role
Our client seeks a Commercial Contracts Solicitor (Perm) to join their growing Real Estate Team.
You will report directly to the Partner in charge of the Residential Developments and Portfolios team.
Example of work
One of their clients has 3000+ units on a new development alone, and you will be initially responsible for handling all commercial contracts.
- An England & Wales qualified Solicitor (at least 2 years PQE) or,
- An International Qualified Lawyer (holding the QLTS or latest equivalent) and at least 2 years PQE gained from private practice.
- Experience gained from Private Practice.
