BCL Legal is pleased to be working with a leading international practice on fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Associate to join their top tier award winning corporate team in Milton Keynes.
The Role:
* Working across a wide variety of sectors including real estate, energy, transport and infrastructure, financial services, insurance and TMT
* Potential opportunity for short-term secondment with a key client.
* As a corporate associate you will work alongside the members of the other Milton-Keynes teams and also with colleagues in London and throughout the firm globally
* Handling and collaborating on a range of specialisms including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
-Banking and Finance
- Private Equity
The Candidate:
* Qualified Corporate solicitor
* 1-5 years PQE
