Impressive City Firm are seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join their highly reputable Real Estate Department in Central London.
Real Estate Solicitor with 6 years plus PQE. Excellent all-round experience of commercial property sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant (having acted for both), lease management work (Licences to Assign, underlet, alterations etc.), non-contentious aspects of lease renewals, Auction purchases and sales and property financing (acting for borrowers). Ideally with some experience of residential transactions to enable the candidate to deal with mixed use properties where, for example Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 s.5 Notices are required. Experience of the property aspects of corporate transactions would also be desirable.
Must be able to work independently (as well as part of a team when transactions require) and manage their own caseload.
