Conveyancer

Small High Street solicitors practice seeks Residential Conveyancer (either full or part-time). You will be dealing with residential sales/purchases (freehold & leasehold), re-mortgages, equity transfers and shared ownerships. Candidates must be able to deal with sales from instruction through to completion and be IT literate.

Candidates must be able to run a caseload unsupervised which includes sales/purchases, re-mortgages and equity transfers.

This role is available on either a full or part-time basis with hours/days to be confirmed/negotiated
