Our client is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join their established and well respected team and work with the partners on a varied and interesting caseload. You will take responsibility for your own clients and the work will be non-contentious and transactional matters, including:
- Sales and Purchases
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Buy-outs and buy-ins
- Investments and Transactions
- Share Incentive Schemes
- Corporate Finance
- Finance and Banking law
- Company Formations
- Terms, conditions, policies and compliance
- Directors Duties
There is secretarial support and this is a career advancing opportunity for someone who is 3-7 years PQE who pride themselves on their high level of client service and care. The firm also have a very good benefits package.
