Our client is looking for a strong construction paralegal for an initial 6month role, but it could extend beyond that.
The Paralegal will ideally be experienced in dealing with construction matters and able to use that technical knowledge and experience in the role. He or she will be responsible for non-contentious construction work and real estate development, such as JCT contracts, appointments, warranties etc.. Familiarity and comfort with operating a range of computerised document review and storage systems, and an energetic 'can-do' attitude, are essential for the role.
To be considered you MUST have a minimum of 1 year's paralegal experience in construction. Candidates who do not fit that criteria will not be considered and your CV will not be retained.
The ideal candidate will be available as soon as possible.
Salary £31K-£33K FTE
