We are currently recruiting for a highly successful law firm which is expanding nationally and looking for conveyancers to work from home.
They now seek to appoint experienced residential conveyancers who would like to work within a high performing, fast paced role, based from home. As an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions, focusing on client service/care keeping regular contact with clients including estate agents and other solicitors. Your transactions will be varied and include usual conveyancing, right 2 buy and help 2 buy on both leasehold and freehold properties.
There is no need for business development in this role - the work is there for you!
To apply for this role, it is essential that you are accustomed to managing a caseload of 75+ residential property files at any one time from start to finish, with very minimal support.
You will need to reside within the UK.
