An ambitious and expanding high street law firm is seeking a conveyancing solicitor to take over an existing caseload of matters.
The ideal candidate will have around 2-4 years' PQE and should be able to handle the full range of sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity on both freehold and leasehold property. You will work with existing referrers and clients but will also ideally play a part in developing new work, and more senior candidates will be able to show some experience of management and supervision of junior staff.
