My client is a national firm that focuses predominantly on publicly funded family legal services, employing over 100 staff across the country. They currently have an opportunity for a family solicitor to advise on a full caseload of LAA work.
The role would suit a qualified family Solicitor or CILEx, upward of 1 year's PQE level, with previous experience in publicly funded family work. The work is publicly funded family law matters and includes non-molestation order and private Children Act work, and therefore someone who enjoys conducting their own advocacy would be an essential requirement.
