We are working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in connection with a great opportunity to join their Property team at offices in Manchester to focus on development work.
Our client's busy property team focuses on a number of areas, including a dedicated team dealing with residential development work. An opportunity has now arisen for a new solicitor to join the team.
As a Development solicitor you will be dealing with a caseload of residential development, new build sales and unit sales, among others. Experience in this area is essential and experience within commercial property development work would also be beneficial although not essential.
As well as running your own caseload you will also take on a supervisory role of the paralegals and trainee in the team.
The role would suit an ambitious conveyancing candidate with experience within development work who wants to focus on this area.
