Property Litigation Lawyer

Job Description

Salary: Not specified

My client is a thriving and highly-regarded regional heavyweight which enjoys an excellent reputation within the local market. Legal 500-recognised, the firm acts for a range of private and commercial clients, and an opportunity has arisen within its busy real estate litigation team for a solicitor or legal executive to bolster this area of the practice.

You will be exposed to a broad range of matters relating to both commercial property and residential property disputes, and will be keen to handle issues such as possession claims, dilapidations, Party Wall disputes, lease termination, boundary disputes, easements and breach of covenant.

The firm is able to be flexible on level of qualification, hence candidates at all level from NQ+ are invited to apply providing they have some solid experience within the property litigation sector, including a recognised training seat for those at the NQ mark.

Remuneration is highly competitive and should attract talented individuals looking for quality work within a supportive environment.

To discuss this position in more detail call Greg Reid at Price Richardson or forward your CV in absolute confidence, either directly via the Price Richardson website or using the 'apply' link.
