Our internationally renowned client has an exciting opportunity for a corporate solicitor (NQ-5) to join its Corporate Team in Aberdeen.
You will be presented with excellent career development and progression opportunities through being part of a high performing and cohesive Corporate Team working with high calibre domestic and international clients across multiple sectors. Within the Corporate Team, you will be involved with a wide variety of corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and corporate lending.
Successful candidates will have a strong academic background, and you will be able to demonstrate your experience in a corporate transactional role whilst demonstrating a desire to work in a fast-paced environment where your interpersonal skills will be central to their success.
