This is a great opportunity for a paralegal specialising in lease extensions to join a reputable and successful property litigation team within a Legal 500 firm in Bromley, Kent.
You will manage your own caseload of lease extensions and assist on enfranchisement and other leasehold matters.
In order to be considered for the role, you will have at least 1 year's experience of property/leasehold in a law firm. You must also have a minimum of a 2:1 for your LLB or CILEx Level 3, and ideally an LPC.
