This is a unique position for a Corporate Solicitor with at least 4+ PQE, to join an award-winning firm and work with SME's on financial matters around Venture Capital and Equity Investment. Due to continued success within the team, there is growth in the sector and this highly regarded firm are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer who wants to be 'part of the journey'. There is an enviable client list, ranging from institutional venture capital funds as well as angel groups and family funds, accessible to entrepreneurs and mature businesses.
To be considered, you will demonstrate corporate transactional experience, and be keen to work in a collaborative team environment advising on many varied investment transactions whilst building and developing strong client relationships. The work will include:
- Acting for investors on their portfolio investments
- Working with start-ups
- Advising on fundraising
- Being the key point of contact and interested in business development
