This firm truly operate a flexible working culture! It has a large Exeter office, but also (way before Covid) has the technology for all lawyers to easily work from home.
You will be joining one of the largest family teams in the South West.
Uniquely, you could join on an employed basis, with a basic salary or as a consultant on a fee share basis. With the latter you will of course need your own client contacts, but together with the existing team and as reputation continues to build, work will find you.
The firm is now looking to recruit a mediator. Ideally a family mediation accredited mediator, or perhaps a mediator working towards accreditation. You will be a fairly senior solicitor or legal executive with at least 4 or 5 years' PQE already within family and divorce law.
Although extensively working from home you should ideally reside in the South West region.
