THE ROLE: An exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded Thames Valley law firm experiencing continued growth. The firm has an excellent reputation for providing commercially focused legal advice to businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and established corporate clients. It is now looking to strengthen its Corporate Team with a talented and commercially minded solicitor.

ABOUT YOU
- 4 – 6 years PQE in corporate law gained within a recognised law firm
- Has strong technical, drafting and analytical skills
- Demonstrates excellent commercial awareness
- Thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment
- Is proactive, organised and committed to delivering exceptional client service
