CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR

A leading Legal 500-ranked law firm is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join its growing London team. The Role As the Corporate & Commercial Solicitor you will play a key role in advising clients while supporting the continued growth of the practice. The role will include: * Advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters * Managing and developing an existing client base * Building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities * Supporting business development and practice growth initiatives * Working collaboratively with lawyers across different practice areas * Contributing to the development of systems, processes and technology * Supporting the growth of the wider team and future recruitment strategy * Identifying opportunities to expand services and develop new areas of work The Corporate & Commercial Solicitor? You will be an experienced solicitor with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.
