EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR

A leading law firm located close to Marylebone in London are seeking an Employment Solicitor from 1-2 years PQE to join their team.  Working alongside a supportive team, the successful candidate will have experience of dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters, handling their own caseload autonomously.   Responsibilities for this Employment Solicitor role: Manage day-to-day caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters Drafting and advising on contracts of employment Advise, draft and negotiate on settlement agreements Have experience of defending on unfair dismissal claims Be able to advise on disciplinary and grievance matters TUPE  Advise on business transfers Be able to advise on termination and redundancy mattersPerson specification for this Employment Law Solicitor role: 1-2 years PQE an an Employment lawyer and admitted to practice within England & Wales Academic background with 2:1 at degree level or equivalent Highly focused Strong technical ability and commercial awareness Excellent communication and client relationship skillsBenefits for this Employment Solicitor vacancy: Competitive salary structure Generous holiday entitlement + bank holidays + Christmas Hybrid working after probationary period Strong opportunities for progression If you are an Employment Solicitor looking to join a well-established and growing law firm in Central Londo, apply today.
