Private Client Lawyer – Cornwall – Experienced Lawyer – Immediate Responsibility – Excellent Opportunity
An established and highly regarded law firm in Cornwall is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who is confident managing their own caseload and is looking for a role where they can come in, hit the ground running and make an immediate contribution.
The successful candidate will deal with a broad range of private client matters, acting for individuals, families and business owners and building long-term relationships with clients.
The Role
You will be responsible for a varied private client caseload, including:
Wills and estate planning
Probate and estate administration
Trusts
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Inheritance Tax planning
Court of Protection matters, where appropriate
Advising high-net-worth individuals and families
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
There is scope to become involved in business development and play an active role in the continued growth of the private client team.
The Candidate
The firm is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor who:
Has solid experience across a broad range of private client matters.
Is confident managing their own caseload from instruction through to completion.
Can work independently and hit the ground running.
Has excellent client-care and communication skills.
Is commercially aware and understands the importance of developing lasting client relationships.
Is ideally STEP qualified or working towards the qualification, although this is not essential.
Will enjoy becoming part of a well-established and supportive Cornwall team.
This role would suit someone who wants genuine responsibility, high-quality work and the opportunity to build a long-term career in Cornwall.
