Residential Conveyancer – Cornwall – Experienced Fee Earner – Competitive Salary + Benefits
A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Cornwall is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and successful property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a residential conveyancer who is looking for a role where they can hit the ground running, take responsibility for their own caseload and become an integral part of a well-established team.
The successful candidate will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, providing a high level of service to clients throughout.
The Role:
Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from inception through to completion;
Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties;
Dealing with remortgages and transfers of equity;
Managing matters efficiently and proactively, keeping clients and other parties updated throughout;
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors;
Ensuring transactions progress smoothly and within required timescales;
Building and maintaining strong client relationships;
Contributing to the continued success and growth of the residential property team.
The Candidate:
The firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer who can come in and make an immediate impact. You will ideally have:
Proven experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload;
Strong technical knowledge of the residential conveyancing process;
The ability to manage a busy caseload effectively and work to deadlines;
Excellent organisational and communication skills;
A strong client-focused approach;
The confidence to work independently while also contributing positively to the wider team;
A proactive and commercial approach.
