Salary: £90000 - £115000 per annum
Commercial Property Solicitor (Legal Director), 7+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £90,000+ (DOE) - This is an opportunity to combine high-quality, complex legal work with the freedom to develop your own profile, take on greater responsibility and help shape the future of the team. JOB REF:5688.
THE ROLE:
• With an impressive client base and a strong pipeline of regeneration and development work, you will be joining a practice where the quality of the work is matched by the opportunity to make your mark.
• You will play a key role in advising on major regeneration and development schemes, working alongside a broad range of public and private sector clients.
• As well as getting involved in complex, high-profile matters, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of client relationships, contribute to strategic projects and help drive the continued success of the practice.
• You will be encouraged to build your own network, pursue business development opportunities and develop a distinctive area of expertise, with support from colleagues who are invested in your progression.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE.
• Just as importantly, you will be someone who enjoys working with clients, thrives on collaboration and takes a practical approach to solving complex legal and commercial challenges.
• You will bring strong technical and drafting skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage projects effectively.
• Whether you’re an established Senior Associate ready for the next step or a Legal Director looking for a fresh challenge, this is a chance to build on your experience in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
