PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR

Private Client Solicitor Our client a multi-office law firm are now recruiting for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding Private Team. Our client is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to bring a new edge to the firm. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will become a trusted adviser to a broad range of clients. You will manage your own varied caseload, providing tailored legal advice across a range of private client matters including Wills, Probate , Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyships and Advanced Directives. Responsibilities * Manage your own varied Private Client Caseload from Instruction through to completion * Advising on Wills, Probate and Estate Administration matters * Preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney * Administration of Estates and Trusts * Managing Court of Protection matters * Tax and Trust Planning * Deputyships and Advance Directive * Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority * Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring client matters and information are kept confidential * Willing to be involved in Business development for the Private Client Team Skills & Requirements * Ideally you will be a Minium of 2 yrs + PQE those that fall outside of this will also be considered * Excellent client facing skills and the ability to nurture existing clients , as well as the ability to help develop new business and assist in networking events * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability of building effective and trusting relations with people internally and externally to the firm. * A flexible, adaptable, and positive attitude to work.
