Commercial Property Solicitor | Birmingham | 3+ PQE | Excellent Career Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established law firm in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive team, handling a varied and interesting commercial property caseload.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ PQE and be confident managing their own matters, providing commercially focused advice to a broad range of clients.
The Role
You will handle a general commercial property caseload, including a range of transactional matters such as:
Sales and purchases of commercial property.
Commercial landlord and tenant matters, including leases and lease renewals.
Freehold and leasehold transactions.
Property development work.
Land acquisitions and disposals.
Providing practical, commercially minded advice to clients throughout the transaction process.
You will have responsibility for managing your own caseload, maintaining strong client relationships and working closely with colleagues to deliver a high-quality service.
The Candidate
Applications are invited from Commercial Property Solicitors with 3 years’ PQE or above who have experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters.
You will be organised, commercially aware and confident managing transactions from instruction through to completion. Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships are essential.
