Lead One of the Most Significant AI Transformations in the Legal Sector

We're looking for an experienced Change & Engagement Lead to drive the people side of our ambitious AI Edge programme, ensuring colleagues across our firms not only understand new AI-enabled ways of working, but embrace them with confidence.
What You'll Do
Lead the change, engagement and adoption strategy for a major group-wide AI transformation programme.
Develop compelling communications and engagement campaigns that inspire adoption across diverse audiences.
Partner with senior leaders, Managing Partners and practice groups to drive behavioural change and business impact.
Build and support a network of AI Practice Leads, champions and advocates across the business.
Oversee learning, communications, stakeholder engagement and adoption planning to maximise programme success.
Use insight and data to measure adoption, identify risks and continuously improve engagement.
About You
You'll have a proven track record leading large-scale change, transformation or technology adoption programmes, ideally within professional services, legal or other regulated environments.
You'll be an exceptional communicator and influencer, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, shaping strategic narratives and driving change across multiple businesses and teams. Experience of organisational change, stakeholder engagement, learning and adoption programmes will be essential.
