THE ROLE:
Are you passionate about construction law and looking to join a highly rated team offering you the opportunity to deal with a varied caseload of construction matters? As the appointed Construction Solicitor, you will be dealing with both contentious and non-contentious construction related matters including construction agreements, professional appointments / terms of engagement as well as advising on standard-form and bespoke construction contracts as well as construction disputes. You will be involved with client work from the outset.
THE CANDIDATE:
As the successful Solicitor you will have up to 4 years PQE in dealing with a diverse caseload of construction related matters. Newly Qualified Solicitors will have completed at least one seat with construction law and applications are also welcomed from individuals with experience in real estate, commercial and / or disputes. As an ambitious Construction Lawyer, you will be motivated to take your career to the next level within a market leading Legal 500 firm. You will be experienced in a broad range of construction matters, with a track record of thriving in challenging and dynamic environments. You will further be keen to develop your knowledge and credibility within the sector through excellent training opportunities and close contact with partners.
