JOB TITLE: Agricultural Property Solicitor
PQE: 1-4 years PQE
LOCATION: Cambridge

THE ROLE:
A highly rated agriculture team is looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor into their established team. You will be developing a successful career within a team recognised as one of the largest team in the country, as the chosen Agricultural Property Solicitor you will be gaining exposure to a wide variety of agricultural property matters through strategic projects. The successful Agriculture Solicitor will be advising farmers, rural businesses and institutions as well as assisting with and managing farm, estate and agricultural land acquisitions and disposals. In addition you will be dealing with leases, easements, and supporting on land development matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Agricultural Property Solicitors with up to 4 years PQE in dealing with a varied caseload of agricultural property matters. You must have at least 12 months experience in dealing with rural property matters and / or commercial property matters with a strong interest in the agricultural and rural sector.
