Paralegals are also the brick of a law firm practice. Solicitors heavily rely on paralegals for their assistance in legal matters. Paralegals can assist with legal drafting, negotiation, file management, researching case law and legislation, client relation work, drafting letters and forms, taking notes and all-round assistance to fee-earners. There are some experienced paralegals who do have the opportunity who deal with their own case file without supervision.
