An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a Legal 500 and multi-office law firm who are one of the oldest and most respected law firms in the area. They are situated in a beautiful Georgian listed building and are proud of their long history of good old fashioned client care but who understand the need to adapt to change, keep abreast of the latest developments and be constantly prepared for the future.
You will be joining a very busy and highly experienced team of Residential Conveyancers who are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients. You will gain some vital experience within a growing team who have a close knit culture and who provide a real opportunity to monitor and enhance your personal development.
Responsibilities:
- As the Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, you will deal with a varied caseload which will include:
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold
- HNW
- Right to buy
- Shared ownership
Requirements:
- You will ideally have six months experience
- First class communication skills, both verbal and written, and will understand the importance of client care
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Enjoy working in a busy team
