Paralegal - Cheshire
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our client's in-house legal team.
The position is a part time one, working 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
You will report to the Legal Director and will work on a day to day basis with other members of the team to provide assistance and support on individual property transactions and as part of the wider legal service function to the company.
Work will range from assisting with property transactions across all areas of legal service provided to the Group, including acquisitions, sales, leases and working alongside external legal firms. The work is a mixture of residential, commercial and development.
The role presents an opportunity to gain excellent hands on in-house legal experience.
You will:
· Be a team player with a desire to learn new skills
· Have excellent communication skills
· Be able to work with supervision and also using your own initiative, skills and experience
· Have experience of working within a professional legal environment, either in private practice or in-house
· IT skills (Excel and Word)
