4PQE+ Corporate Associate/Senior Associate- International Firm- Oxford
A corporate associate/ senior associate required for a leading firm based in Oxford. This is an amazing opportunity for a corporate associate to join a Legal 500 ranked team handling cross border and domestic corporate work.
The role:
· Advising stakeholders, investors and lenders;
· Clients are primarily based in the IT, private wealth, pharmaceutical, development, retail and fashion sectors.
· Manage you own caseload of files
· Assist Partners on larger scale matters
· Take an active role in business development activity
The candidate:
· 4-10PQE Solicitor
· A confident and personable corporate associate
· A strong understanding of general corporate matters and transactions
· Be confident to work independently as well as willingness to work as part of a team
· Attention to detail with a strong technical understanding
