A Thames Valley law firm requires an ambitious Commercial Solicitor to join their busy Commercial department in Reading, Berkshire
The Firm
The firm's a medium sized law firm offering commercial law services to clients including Commercial law, Real Estate, Corporate law, Employment law, Data Protection and Intellectual Property.
The Role
The successful commercial solicitor will have at least 4 years PQE in dealing with commercial agreements, contracts, information technology agreements, outsourcing, company structures and franchise agreements. The commercial solicitor will join a busy team dealing with very high quality work on behalf of regional and national clients involving complex commercial matters.
The Candidate
This Commercial Solicitor role would suit a confident and enthusiastic solicitor or legal executive with drive, enthusiasm and the ability to market the services of the practice. The qualified Commercial Solicitor will have at least 4 years post qualification experience.
