Fast-paced, progressive law firm seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to Head their existing department encouraging the growth and development of both the staff and the business. The role will be based in Essex.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years PQE, they will be able to handle their own busy caseload without supervision and also have the experience to manage a team.
You will be required to handle a varied caseload acting for individuals, families, estates, trusts and family businesses, duties will include:
Preparing Wills
Inheritance Tax Planning
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Probate and Estate Management
Disputed Will/Estates
Creation and Administration of Trusts
Contentious Probate
Non-Contentious Probate
