NQ Commercial Property Solicitor
A commercial property team in a Salisbury law firm require an NQ commercial property solicitor to join their team providing a full range of property transactions in a newly created opportunity under the guidance of a Partner.
The Firm
A privately owned legal practice enjoying continued growth with an existing loyal client base and a number of long serving lawyers offering a comprehensive legal service across disciplines.
The Role
The successful NQ commercial property solicitor will be required to deal with predominately commercial property work involving the sale, purchase, acquisition and disposal of shops, industrial units and small premises both freehold and leasehold.
The Candidate
Essentially, the successful NQ commercial property solicitor will have gained some commercial property experience previously in private practice during training or post qualification. There will be an opportunity to work on some residential matters too. Salary dependent upon experience.
