Salary: £55000 - £70000 per annum
Children Panel Solicitor, 3-5 Years’ PQE, Bedford / Hybrid Working, Salary DOE. • The appointed solicitor will manage a varied caseload of public and private Children Law matters from initial instruction through to conclusion, working with minimal supervision.
• You will handle a broad range of matters including Care Proceedings, Interim Care Orders, Emergency Protection Orders, Special Guardianship Orders, Adoption matters and Private Children Law cases.
• Represent clients throughout proceedings, providing expert legal advice, strong advocacy and exceptional client care.
• Applications are welcomed from Children Panel Solicitors with between 3 and 5 years' PQE and current Children Panel Accreditation.
• The successful candidate will possess significant experience across both public and private children matters, together with excellent advocacy, communication and client relationship skills.
