Commercial Property Finance Paralegal - The leading real estate finance team of this highly regarded city centre firm is looking to hire a commercial property finance paralegal. Our client is prepared to consider candidates with residential conveyancing, remortgage or commercial property experience with ideally some exposure to lending / finance work, whether for the lender or borrower. Candidates with strong academics will also be considered.

- Previous Experience: Paralegal ideally with some property experience. The team works with a raft of banking clients and private lenders. The property finance team is growing and our client is looking for a paralegal to come in and help support experienced fee earners within the team.
Applicants with real estate or banking experience
The commercial property finance team is currently developing its Manchester offering. The team already has an enviable client list of lenders including large institutional lenders such as banks as well as private lenders.
