Commercial Real Estate Solicitor
A Silver Circle City Law Firm requires a Senior Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to provide comprehensive and multidisciplinary support (Core RE) in the Real Estate practice. The firm is searching for applicants with an exceptional background in Commercial Real Estate and are particularly able to provide technical advice to the firm's unique client portfolio. The firm have a notable presence in the Real Estate sector and intend to provide a value-focused experience for the selected Lawyer.
This global law firm have demonstrated strategic mobility in complex areas of the law and require a Lawyer who can notably lead other associates in this sector. The details are as follows:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dealing with commercial conveyancing, tenant-landlord matters, and property-lead claims
- Liaising with wider Commercial department
- Commercial conveyancing, due diligence for secured lending (including dealing with other funders); granting leases, preparation of auction packages and assisting in due diligence on large acquisitions of clients.
- Solve complex commercial issues implicating Real Estate sector
- Acting for clients in the finance, government and investment sector with heighted accessibility to transatlantic clients
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Ambitiously able to provide exceptional commercial knowledge in Real Estate Practice
- Present independent responsibility over managing and developing Commercial transactions
- Demonstrate experience in direct client contact and maintenance of client satisfaction to ensure cost-effective and firm-friendly solutions
- Ability to identify and neutralise case discrepancies
- Provide team-focused approach and responsibility over developing junior associates within the Real Estate team
